Alwyn Thomas lives locally near Abergavenny just within the border of the Blaenafon World Heritage Site. An enthusiastic mountain bike rider who originally hails from Blaenafon and who knows the area well. Inspired by the stunning landscape around the Gwent and border region he set about producing a Guide that features some really amazing rides linked to many of the well known and not so well known heritage sites.
